上海雅心生物技術有限公司成立于2008年，是我國第一家也是唯一一家專業(yè)進行重組胰蛋白酶和重組羧肽酶B研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)的企業(yè)。公司生產(chǎn)的重組羧肽酶B和重組胰蛋白酶已應用于重組胰島素生產(chǎn)中，并出口國外。重組羧肽酶B和重組胰蛋白酶從根本上解決了重組胰島素生產(chǎn)的動物源性問題。
   基于重組胰蛋白酶的細胞消化液為細胞培養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)抗體、疫苗等企業(yè)提供符合2010版藥典規(guī)定的胰蛋白酶，重組胰蛋白酶項目的研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)從根本上解決了動物源性胰蛋白酶的病毒、真菌、支原體等的污染問題。
   重組脂肪酶A是具有手性選擇性催化作用，可用于手性藥物的酶法催化生產(chǎn)和手性拆分。
   上海雅心生物技術有限公司堅持“科技創(chuàng)新”，相繼開發(fā)具有自主知識產(chǎn)權的產(chǎn)品，申請專利5項。2010年度，獲得科技部和上海市創(chuàng)新基金立項支持。

YaxinBio is the first and only a company on the research and producing the recombinant carboxypeptidase B and recombinant trypsin, both animal original  free enzymes specially used in the human recombinant insulin production to solve the animal-resource enzymes. 
   Recombinant trypsin is used in the cell culturing process, which conforms to the 2010 CP to the trypsin used in the cell culture.
