北京華夏科創(chuàng)儀器股份有限公司成立于2001年，注冊資本5000萬元，是中國儀器儀表行業(yè)協(xié)會分析儀器分會副理事長單位和中國分析測試協(xié)會會員單位。

2008年在浙江設立全資子公司—浙江譜創(chuàng)儀器有限公司 ，同時也是浙江清華長三角研究院測試技術及科學儀器研究中心的產業(yè)化基地。2012年，與德國西門子公司成立合資企業(yè)—譜創(chuàng)（上海）儀器有限公司，融合西門子的“開放式創(chuàng)新”，共同合作研發(fā)全球應用的工業(yè)過程分析儀器。
