HDL-350DS小糖塊自動(dòng)包裝方案

一、包裝要求

自動(dòng)理料，全自動(dòng)完成21mm*21mm*10mm小糖塊每塊一包的自動(dòng)包裝，速度達(dá)到350包/分。

1. 包裝方案

如附圖所示，整線包裝由以下機(jī)構(gòu)組成。振動(dòng)器，過(guò)度皮帶，理料機(jī)構(gòu)，定位送料機(jī)構(gòu)，包裝機(jī)組成。產(chǎn)品由人工或輸送帶加入振動(dòng)器內(nèi)，經(jīng)振動(dòng)器將產(chǎn)品送出，經(jīng)過(guò)度皮帶進(jìn)入理料機(jī)構(gòu)，理料機(jī)構(gòu)將產(chǎn)品理順，進(jìn)入定位送料機(jī)構(gòu)，由定位送料機(jī)構(gòu)將產(chǎn)品送入包裝機(jī)尾架，完成與包裝機(jī)的同步送進(jìn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)包裝。由于產(chǎn)品小，速度要求塊，在第一、第二皮帶增設(shè)真空吸附，避免產(chǎn)品在皮帶上打滑。

配置：

1、各類輸送帶

材質(zhì)：機(jī)架碳鋼噴塑、皮帶PU皮帶、與產(chǎn)品接觸部分為304不銹鋼，

2、抽氣機(jī)構(gòu)

進(jìn)口負(fù)壓發(fā)生氣。

沙琪瑪一拖一全自動(dòng)理料方案

一．  產(chǎn)品：沙琪瑪

尺寸：第一種長(zhǎng)8cm, 寬5cm,高3cm

      第二種長(zhǎng)10.5cm,寬6.5cm,高3cm

要求：一條生產(chǎn)線200包/分鐘，共一條生產(chǎn)線。

出料線寬55cm ,離地面高度75cm

沙琪瑪整齊排列，不會(huì)重疊。

1. 工作過(guò)程：接料皮帶線連接用戶的生產(chǎn)線，通過(guò)速差，將產(chǎn)品拉開(kāi)間距，后由擋料機(jī)構(gòu)，擋齊產(chǎn)品，再輸送到儲(chǔ)料拉開(kāi)皮帶線上，該皮帶線由拉開(kāi)機(jī)構(gòu)，讓其產(chǎn)品拉開(kāi)縱向間距，再輸送到儲(chǔ)料皮帶上，再輸送到導(dǎo)向理料線上，讓產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)向，再通過(guò)定位送料機(jī)構(gòu)，一個(gè)個(gè)送到HDL-350DS雙伺服包裝機(jī)上，來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)包裝，免人工干擾，省人力和高效率工作。包裝速度150-220包/分。
